Do I need a referral?

No. You can book any test directly - no doctor's referral needed. Walk-ins are also welcome at all locations.

How long do results take?

Most results are ready within 24 hours. Specialised tests (hormones, vitamins, coagulation) may take 48 hours. You'll be notified when ready.

Which tests require fasting?

Lipid Panel, Fasting Blood Glucose, and Insulin tests require 8-12 hours of fasting (water is fine). All fasting tests are marked with 🌙 in the catalog above.

How do I get my results?

Results are posted to your secure patient portal. You'll receive a notification when ready. Each result includes an AI explanation in plain English.
